How are your bookings trending for the rest of the year?

We are in 3 different markets (Gatlinburg, Joshua Tree and Hawaii). Bookings are trending positive for Q4 2025 and Q1 2026. Curious what everyone else is seeing! Are guests finally starting to spend more again?
